The purpose of the Biannual Retreat is limited to collecting attendance information and payments for those wishing to attend the biannual twelve step spiritual retreats. We negotiate terms with retreat venues to include facilities, meals, and housing while providing payments to those facilities for contracted services with all collected monies. Additionally, scholarship funds in excess of costs will be accrued to supplement those who are unable to pay but wish to grow spiritually through retreat attendance.
